The brief

MISSION BRIEF — OPERATIVES ONLY

CLEARANCE: SQUAD LEADS + ASSIGNED BUILDERS

You were not invited. You were selected.

This is the room where the Lab stops talking and starts shipping. No decks. No mockups. No someday. You walk out with real, working products — tools that crack real creative problems and pay for themselves the moment they ship. Build something that couldn't have existed before this week, and prove what this crew can really do.

Your assignment is below. You own it. Your project lead runs point. Your squad delivers a working product — proof-of-concept, advanced prototype, as good as you can cook it — plus a 30-day product plan with the ROI baked in. Both. By ship day. Senior leadership evaluates at the finish — looking for work that could not have existed before this week, and that the studio will actually use.

You were handpicked because we believe you can do this. That belief comes with a responsibility. This Hackathon does not build things to forget. The Hackathon delivers.

The build

AutoDemo Pipeline

Stories in Motion · Bespoke flagship

An agent pipeline that turns a product URL + a plain-language brief into a timestamped, screen-recorded walkthrough video and a draft voiceover script — with no human doing the recording. It replaces the 4–8 hours of manual screen-capture and scripting each demo costs DS today, and hands a clean, timestamped cut straight into the narration + edit process.

Hackathon goalship the recording core (POC) — record 3+ features end-to-end from a brief, on Playwright browser automation. POC → MVP → Full, graded against a Good/Great/Excellence rubric.

Amplify Studio — one report, a campaign

Point it at one finished report and get a whole campaign back — LinkedIn carousels, short video cuts, a voiceover series and the publish sequence — every channel, on-brand, from a single source. Turns a case team's one deliverable into six weeks of content with no designer in the loop.

HTML Presentation Enhancer

Take a finished slide deck and lift it into a polished, on-brand, web-native presentation — responsive, animated, shareable by a link, no PowerPoint ceiling. The bridge from a static case deck to something a client opens in a browser and a team updates in minutes.

Vid.io — deck to finished video

The flagship. Drop in a deck, get back a finished, narrated, on-brand video — script, animatic, voiceover, edit. Built whole as the bespoke product DS owns end-to-end, then decomposed into the reusable parts (Runway consistency, edit controls) that lift any case team's video. The living proof of "one offering, three tiers."

Enhanced Product Concept

Hand it a raw idea — a consultant's sketch, wireframe, artifact, or just a big concept — and the Experience & Product agent turns it into a clickable, on-brand prototype, personalised to any client's brand. The same pipe can then spin that concept into customer journeys and a polished marketing video that sells it. Concept in; a prototype that looks shipped — and the film to pitch it — out.

LiveSlide — cinematic journey scenes

Storytelling, not slideware. A customer journey broken into scenes — one per slide — each with an animated video background (Runway, Magnific), the product UI layered on top, and animated narration on the front, in PowerPoint or HTML. Think "Bank of the Future": someone checks their balance on their watch, walks out with what they came for, drops onto a bench — every beat a cinematic scene with the product woven through a story you can present or send.
